This checklist organizes questions; it does not certify completeness or replace legal, financing, insurance or inspection advice. Actual contracts and professional confirmation govern obligations and dates.

Do not enter identity documents, bank-account details or other sensitive document contents.
Nothing is saved by default. Saved checklists and questions stay in this browser, expire after 30 days and are removed on the next restore attempt. You may clear them at any time. Avoid shared devices. Saving replaces the previous checklist; it does not upload or sync it.

Instructions, examples & common questions
How do I use the checklist?
Choose your current stage, mark tasks and note questions to verify. Switching stages clears unsaved progress; print or explicitly save first if needed. Do not enter identity documents, bank details or sensitive document contents.
What does the completion count mean?
Checking three items only means you marked three tasks. It does not mean financing is approved, documents are cleared or contract conditions are removed. Review my next steps lists the outstanding tasks for follow-up.
Can I open saved progress on another device?
No. Nothing is saved by default. Explicit saving stores it only in this browser, expires after 30 days and is cleared on the next restore attempt. Restore manually; saving again replaces the old record. Avoid saving on shared devices.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring outstanding tasks, timing concerns and questions. Actual obligations and deadlines depend on your contract and professional confirmation. Preview the summary and choose whether to carry it into an inquiry; checking or saving does not send it automatically.
